Complete Focus is a welcoming, professional, purpose designed and independent research facility, focus group venue and small meeting room facility. It is centrally located in South Melbourne, only minutes from the Melbourne CBD and close to the hub of Melbourne's major arterial freeway network enabling easy access from a wide field of Melbourne suburbia.
Complete Focus has functional, flexible spaces, equipped with all the technology you would expect to cater for a variety of research, meeting, workshop and other business needs that require a space for their activity. We have staff that make your time at Complete Focus effortless and enjoyable, and we provide flexible catering menus. We can also offer exclusive use of the venue.

Parking & Public Transport
Generally, the best place for car parking is just to the west of the venue (i.e. toward Moray Street) where there are two small parks/playgrounds on either side of Park Street. There is a mixture of free 2hr and meter all day parking around these parks/playgrounds. The meter parking areas only charge between 8:00am and 6:00pm weekdays and are free at all other times.
Public transport is also very convenient with Kings Way (Line 58), Parks Street (Line 1), Clarendon Street (Line 12) and St Kilda Rd (Domain Interchange e.g. Line 5,6,67,64) tram services all nearby.

Live Streaming
All of our focus group rooms provide viewing via a large wall observation mirror. Live streaming is available if you prefer to view off-site. Our HD live streaming service is a secure one-way video stream that can be accessed anywhere in the world using any device (e.g. PC, Mac, Laptop, iPad, tablet, iPhone, Android phone).
Recordings
A HD digital video (MP4 format) recording and a separate digital audio (MP3 format) recording is provided for each focus group or depth interview. The separate audio file is handy if you need to have transcripts prepared.
There is a choice of having the recordings provided on USB or alternatively downloading the recordings from our secure cloud storage.
